Your water service line carries drinking water from the water main, typically located in or near the street, to inside your home. To confirm the accuracy of our existing service line material information across the Village’s water system, we ask residents to check their service line material.

We’ve created a website with super-simple, step-by-step instructions on how to determine your water service line material, as well as submit photos. This easy process should take only a few minutes. We recommend using a phone or tablet, but it can be done from any computer.
