The Bingham Farms Office District spans the east side of Telegraph Rd. from 12 ½ Mile to 14 Mile Road and also includes a couple of Buildings on the South Side of 13 Mile Rd.

 There are two Office Districts:  C-1 and PS (Professional Services).  The Districts do not allow stand-alone retail stores.

The majority of buildings in the C-1 District are four-story buildings.  There are three buildings in the 13 Mile C-1 District area that are two story buildings.

The majority of buildings in the PS District are two-story with larger setback requirements. 

These Building are part of a Special Assesment District for additional Police protection.
