Notice of Planning Commission Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Bingham Farms Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 pm Monday, December 11, 2023, in the Council Chambers at the address below.  The agenda and packet are here.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on December 11, 2023, beginning at 7:30 pm or as soon thereafter as the agenda will permit. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Bingham Farms Zoning Ordinance. Amendments are proposed to Sections 157-3.2.F., 157-3.3.F, 157-3.4.F., 157-3.5.F., 157-3.6.F., 157-3.7.F., 157-3.8.F., 157-3.9.F., 157-3.10.F., 157-7.1, 157-7.8, to add references to chapters in the Bingham Farms Village Code relevant to development requirements. Proposed amendment drafts are available for review at the village offices, 9 am-4:30 pm Monday-Thursday, 9 am-4 pm Friday. Written comment may be submitted prior to the meeting mailed to the address below, or emailed to kmarten@binghamfarms.org. Oral comment will be heard at the public hearing.

There is no longer a teleconference component. Wearing a mask is optional.

Anyone wishing to attend will be provided an opportunity to offer comment or input on business that will be before the Planning Commission.
