County Offers Foreclosure Prevention

The tax foreclosure deadline for the 2020 or prior year taxes is Friday, March 31, 2023. This means if taxes aren't paid off by that date, or any interested party hasn't entered into a repayment schedule with the Oakland County Treasurer's Office by that date, the property will be foreclosed.
