NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS AND PUBLIC HEARING BY VIDEO-CONFERENCE

In accordance with Gov. Whitmer's Executive Order 2020-15, which allows local governments to conduct public meeting via remote access technology to comply with social distancing requirements set by the state in response to COVID-19 concerns, notice is hereby given that the Village of Bingham Farms Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2020, will be held by video-conference. 

The Zoning Board of Appeals, staff, consultants and the general public will attend by video-conference only. The agenda and meeting packet is here.

Anyone wishing to attend will be provided an opportunity to offer comment or input on busines that will be before the ZBA.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CASE 2020-02: 31033 CARDINAL LANE: Request for variance to Zoning Ordinance 5.10 Accessory Buildings and Structures, which requires a 25-foot setback in R-1 for rear lot lines abutting side lot lines of adjoining lot.

Take notice that on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., the Village of Bingham Farms Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the above matter. Anyone wishing to comment will be provided an opportunity.
