NOTICE OF VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS BY VIDEO-CONFERENCE

In accordance with Gov. Whitmer's Executive Order 2020-15, which allows local governments to conduct public meetings via remote access technology to comply with social distancing requirements set by the state in response to COVID-19 concerns, notice is hereby given that the Village of Bingham Farms' Monday, April 27 2020 Council Meeting will be held by video-conference.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. Village Council, staff, consultants and the general public will attend by video-conference only. The agenda is here.

Anyone wishing to attend will be provided an opportunity to offer comment or input on business that will be before the Village Council.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR 2020-2021 BUDGET, TRUTH IN TAXATION, POLICE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

Take notice that on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., the Village of Bingham Farms Village Council will hold public hearings on the village's proposed 2020-2021 budget, truth in taxation and the proposed Police Special Assessment District (SAD). 

Comments may be submitted in writing to Village Manager Ken Marten at kmarten@binghamfarms.org, or mailed to 24255 Thirteen Mile Road, Suite 190, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. In accordance with Public Act 267, the village will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities requiring such services. All requests must be made to the village manager at the address, email address or phone numbers noted above.
