Master Plan Update: State law requires all municipalities to update their Master Plans every five years. Master Plans provide furure development visions for the community regarding vacant properties, and redevelopment of properties in the commercial and residential districts.

Zoning Ordinance: The village's Zoning Ordinance was reformatted in 2019 into a user-friendly, easy-to-read document with many color graphics and illustrations that explain key zoning requirements and standards. It's searchable and links key terms and definitions.
